- #16 X-caddis might be the best fly for the evening this time of the year. Of course, it strongly depends on the hatch. But don't forget ' The rule of a common divisor', Lance. Breached white colored ELK should be chosen.
- Small size like #20 is needed for the peacock floating nymph pattern.
- 'KATA' should be checked first separately. No need long drift.
- Use only your wrist when you set a hook, Lance. Your hooking is too strong for the fine tippet like 8x.
- I felt we maybe should prioritize the daytime fishing better than the evening. So which means next week of G.W. might be the best timing.
